I've been using Macs since, well, since Macs were Macs. For over 24 years, I've followed the incredible evolution of the Mac OS, from System 1.0 in 1984 to the recent release of OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard.

I have a strong working knowledge of Apple's iLife suite (iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD and iWeb), in addition to other popular programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, FileMaker Pro, MacDraft, and Adobe Photoshop.

Nothing stands still in the world of technology and software. In fact, it can be downright overwhelming. I work hard to stay current with the latest hardware and software, so you can do the same.

I want you to enjoy the learning experience, so I'll go as fast or slow as you want to go. I'll stay on the job until you're comfortable with your new skills – and I'm always available for follow-up.

Apple has a strong reputation for making reliable products, but every once in awhile, something stops working. I will perform the necessary diagnostics to determine the problem and lay out a course of action. Bottom line, my goal is to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

I'm also happy to help with non-emergency tasks such as RAM memory and hard drive upgrades, wireless card installations, and backup solutions.
